Refund and return policy
We do not accept returns politely unless the artwork has been damaged by the post.
To be eligible for a return, we need a picture of the package to show the damage on the artwork by post.
We are happy to show the artwork before posting via zoom or any other video call.
Cancelling order
We accept cancellation if it’s been submitted only within 24 hours after placing the order. As we are aiming to post the order as soon as possible.
